Trail Jogging

Jogging to help lose weight?
Okay so I just started jogging on the trail by my house this week. I jogged 3 times this week for 1 mile each day. Can i lose weight if i slowly work myself up to jogging 3 miles a day 3 times a week? I’m 5’5 130 and 16 years old. I eat somewhat healthy i still have sweets other than that i try to eat a lot of veggie’s and stuff. I’m looking to lose around 15-20 lbs? Is that possible with jogging and eating healthy? i also walk around 4 miles every other day. thanks in advance!
Absolutely! That’s the best plan I’ve read about yet on this site!! Healthy eating and regular exercise? Who knew? Seriously…good for you! That is the way to take it off and keep it off!
