what type of diet should i be eating to lower my body fat percentage?
i know this isn't actually men's health, but typically guys are more concerned with lowering body fat and girls are just more concerned about losing weight. i'm almost 5'9, 145lbs., and almost 21 if that matters. i want to lose about 15 more pounds, but i really want to lower my body fat percentage. right now it's around 18% but i'd like to lower it to more around 13-14%. i do cardio 6 times a week for at least 30 minutes, either jogging or riding a bike and i also do weight training 6 times as well, 3 days of upper body and 3 days of lower body. i already don't eat sugary stuff, chips, or fried foods. and i don't drink pop. i'm vegetarian and my diet pretty much consists mainly of fruits, veggies, and whole grains with a little bit of dairy, eggs, nuts, and beans. should i cut back on carbs? is there anything that i should be doing differently? thanks
