5k jogging plan
I am a beginner seeking an improved jogging plan?

I just started this craze for exercising. I am 5'2" and 113 lbs. I know I am skinny, I'm not complaining about that. I'm just incredibly out of shape. I can barely complete one mile without having to walk for most of it. I trained for the breast cancer 5K in October and then suddenly just stopped, school obligations and such. My plan was this:

Few weeks: walk 20 mins
Next: Run 1 minute walk 3 repeat 4 times
Next: Run 1.5 minute walk 2 repeat 4 times

Gradually adding more time. Can anyone give me hints and suggestions to improve my plan?

well it sounds to me like you have a good plain just eat right and drink plenty of water just keep gradually adding that's were most people mess up they jump into it to fast and want to do to much to fast
